Internal Deadline: 5 p.m. February 5, 2010

The 2010 Guidelines have been released for the Packard Fellowship in Science and Engineering, a program that provides $875,000 over five years to support the nation's most promising young professors (initial faculty appointments must have been made no earlier than May 31, 2007, and no later than May 31, 2010). The Boulder campus is allowed to make up to two nominations for this prestigious award. See the specific guidelines here.

In order to make our campus selections, potential nominees should use the form below to submit the following to the Vice Chancellor for Research by 5 p.m., February 5, 2010:

  • Current CV
  • Two-page research statement of goals for the next five years and their importance
  • Letter of recommendation from the department chair
  • List of three external references from whom letters of support can be solicited

An internal committee will select two nominees prior to the March 15, 2010 nomination deadline, and the two campus nominees will have until April 20, 2010 to submit full applications.
